COUNTRY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. chicken (cooked)
1 can mushrooms
2 cans cream of chicken OR cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream

Mix ingredients together and place in casserole. Put topping on and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Bake in a long flat dish.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm bread stuffing
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. butter

Melt butter in chicken broth and pour over dressing. Mix together and put on top of chicken.
