1 reg. jar of spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground chuck or ground turkey (both are good)
1/2 sm. onion, cut up
1 tsp. salt, optional
1 bag extra wide noodles
3 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. pepperoni slices

Brown meat in saucepan with onion and salt; drain off any grease. Add spaghetti sauce to meat, and let simmer. Boil noodles, follow directions on bag. Drain noodles and add to sauce, mix together and put in oblong baking pan. It is best to spray pan with Pam or spraying oil. Put Mozzarella on top of mixture, then place pepperoni on top of cheese in any order you choose. Heat oven to 350 degrees, bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese is just turning light brown. This is a family favorite of the whole gang. Serves 6 to 8 people.
