BARBECUED SKILLET SUPPER | |
3 lbs. cut up chicken 1/4 c. oil 1 tsp. salt 1/2 jar Kraft barbecue sauce 1/4 c. water 1 med. onion 1 green pepper, chopped 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained Brown chicken in oil; season. Add barbecue sauce, water, and onion. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add green pepper and mushrooms; cook for 20 minutes more. If more liquid is desired, add more water and barbecue sauce. Best when made in a wok. Serve with white rice. |
