LUCY'S CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla

Blend cream cheese and sugar on medium. Separate eggs and add one yolk at a time and beat after each. Add sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat egg whites until peaks form. Fold whites into cream cheese mixture. Pour mixture into spring form pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn off oven and let cake sit and cool inside.

CRUST:

1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

Combine and press on bottom and up 2-3 inches up of 8 inch spring form pan.
