LUCY'S FAVORITE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can chow mein noodles
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. celery, finely cut & precooked

Brown beef and add rest of ingredients except noodles. Pour into 2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with noodles. Bake 15 minutes longer.
