FRUIT COBBLER 
1 1/2 qt. fruit (apples, cherries, peaches)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water

CREAMED MIXTURE:

3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 pinch of salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk

Combine fruit, lemon juice and sugar and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread creamed mixture over top of fruit. Pour boiling water over creamed mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or when topping is brown.
