CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn with juice
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Combine and mix all ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
