CREAM CORN CASSEROLE 
1 box Jiffy corn muffin bread mix
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can cream corn
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter

Combine corn bread mix, cream corn, kernel corn, sour cream, eggs and melted butter; mix well. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. baking dish.

Bake at 400°F for 35-40 minutes.

Serves 4-6.
