STRAWBERRY GLAZE PIE 
2 pts. strawberries
3 tbsp. sugar
5 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. almond flavoring
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. cream or milk
1 (9 inch) pie shell

In saucepan, crush strawberries and stir in sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice. Cook, stirring until thick and translucent. Remove from heat and stir in almond flavoring. Set this mixture aside. Blend cream cheese with 3 tablespoons of cream (or milk) and spread mixture over bottom of pie shell. Spoon strawberry mixture over and chill in refrigerator at least 3 hours. Serve topped with whipped cream.
