1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour (self rising)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. cloves
4 c. chopped apples

Mix oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Sift flour and spices. Add to sugar mixture, add apples and nuts. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven in a greased and floured tube pan.
