RAW APPLE CAKE W/ TOPPING 
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 to 4 raw apples, chopped
3 eggs
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self-rising flour

Mix all ingredients together until well blended.

Bake in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 300°F for 1 hour.

Topping For Cake:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix in a saucepan and cook until thick. Remove cake from oven and cut into squares while still hot. Pour topping over hot cake and let cool.
