COWBOY CORNBREAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can cream-style corn
3 jalapeno peppers
1 onion, chopped

Mix cornbread to directions; add corn. Brown meat with onion and peppers. Grease casserole. Pour 1/2 corn mixture then meat, then cheese and last the rest of the corn mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. (Can use bell peppers instead of jalapeno.)
