CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. cornbread mix
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
2 cans Nacho cheese soup (dip or 2 c. grated cheese, sprinkled with picante sauce)

Cook meat and onions together; drain. Add green chilies (picante sauce may also be added for a hotter taste). Mix cornbread according to package directions, pour 1/2 into greased large pan at least 9 x 13 inch. Layer with meat mixture - corns mixed together then cheese soup or grated cheese. Top with rest of cornbread batter. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees until brown. Top with grated cheese. Serve with picante sauce or hot salsa.

Delicious! I combined the beef, corn, and soup mixes and put in casserole. Topped with the cornbread. It was wonderful! Highly recommend!
