TUNA NOODLE BAKE 
6 c. cooked noodles
2 (7 oz.) cans drained, flaked tuna
12 oz. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) can drained mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter
Paprika

In a casserole dish, combine noodles, tuna, sour cream, milk, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Melt cheese and butter, pour over mixture in casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs and paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly. Serves 6.
