CAPELLINI PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. spaghetti (or any kind of pasta)
8 oz. Zesty Italian dressing (Kraft)
6 spring onions, diced (optional)
1 container of vegetable supreme (McCormick) (4 to 5 tbsp.)
4 cucumbers, seeded and cubed
4 tomatoes, cubed
1 green pepper, chopped

Break noodles in thirds and cook according to package. Mix ingredients together and chill. Let noodles cool awhile before mixing together. You can add 1/2 cup Parmesan; or black olives, broccoli and carrots, cut in bite size pieces. (For main dish, add 4 cups cooked, cubed chicken or turkey.)
