3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, salt, nutmeg and milk. Strain into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake until firm. This makes a large pie.
