CARAMEL CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe golden cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
2/3 c. milk
3 eggs

Combine and mix according to directions on the box. Bake in 3 thin layers. Cook 350 degrees 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. Carnation milk
2 sticks butter
1 c. nuts

Combine and boil 3 minutes. Beat until thickened, put on cool cake.
