12-16 oz. half filled Worcestershire bottle
Soy sauce (1/2 of the amount of Worcestershire)
4-5 lg. garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. or less black pepper
2 tbsp. sugar

Remove label from bottle, add soy sauce. Slice garlic cloves and put in bottle. Add black pepper and sugar. Replace special shaker top and refrigerate. USE - when cooking beef, steaks or hamburger on grill. Sprinkle on top side, repeat after turning.
