FATTIGMAN (NORWEGIAN) 
12 egg yolks
8 egg whites
12 tbsp. sugar
12 tbsp. thick cream
1 tsp. ground cardemon
Flour to make firm dough

Beat yolks and whites separately, add sugar and beat well. Add cream, cardemon and flour. Roll out very thin, cut out with fattigman cutter in diamond shapes and fry in hot lard.
