SPRING STRAWBERRY-SPINACH SALAD 
1 lg. bunch spinach
1 box strawberries

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Wash, drain and tear spinach. Wash the strawberries. Cut large ones in half. Put in a large salad bowl. Mix together dressing ingredients, except poppy seeds and put in a blender. Blend well. Stir in the poppy seeds. Just before serving, toss dressing, spinach and strawberries.
