PRESTO LASAGNA 
1 1/2-2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
2 lg. cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. oregano powder
2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked & drained
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 lb. mozzarella, thin sliced or shredded
Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown beef. Add and cook onions, garlic and oregano to beef. Add soup, water and vinegar; simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

In 9 x 13 inch pan arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, beef sauce and mozzarella cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 15 minutes.
