SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 lb. pork, cut into bite size pieces
1 can chunky pineapple, undrained
Sm. can water chestnuts; optional
1 c. barbecue sauce
Brown sugar, to taste
1 lg. onion, slice thick than quarter
1 bell pepper, cut into lg. sliced

Brown meat in cooking oil, remove and saute onions and bell pepper. Return meat to pan. Mix the remaining ingredients. Heat and serve over hot rice. Serves 4.
