CHEDDAR - BURGER SKILLET | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 1/4 c. water 2 cans whole potatoes (drained & sliced) In a skillet, brown the beef and cook the onion until tender. Use shortening if necessary. Stir to separate meat; pour off fat. Stir in the soups and water; add potatoes. Heat and stir occasionally. Simmer about 20 minutes. |
