OVEN PANCAKES | |
6 eggs, separated 3/4 c. honey 1 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. lemon juice 3 c. finely chopped apples 1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. ground cinnamon Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Beat egg whites in large bowl until foamy. Beat in 1/2 cup honey, 1 tablespoon at a time. Continue heating until stiff and glossy. Beat egg yolks in small bowl until light and lemon colored. Beat in Bisquick, milk and butter. Sprinkle lemon juice over apples. Fold egg yolk mixture and apples into egg whites. Heat butter in rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, in oven until melted. Pour batter into pan, mix 1/4 cup honey and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. About 35 to 40 minutes. |
