ORANGE CREAM FRUIT SALAD 
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges
1 can (16 oz.) peach slices, drained
3 med. bananas, sliced
2 med. apples, cored & diced
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. orange juice concentrate, thawed

Combine fruits. Set aside. Combine pudding, milk, orange juice concentrate. Beat with mixer until blended. Mix sour cream in by hand. Fold in fruits, cover and chill.
