1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Bisquick
Coconut for topping

Put first 6 ingredients in blender. Run at high speed until well blended, 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. Serve well chilled.
