2 pkgs. Zesty Italian dressing
2 tbsp. oil
Garlic cloves
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
12 oz. white wine
Potato wedges
1 frying chicken

Mix Zesty dressing and 2 tablespoons oil in 12 ounce glass and fill with water. Add garlic cloves. Put cut up chicken in a 9"x13" pan or baking dish. Pour liquid over it and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Put potato wedges and mushrooms over chicken and pour the wine over it and bake for 1 hour more.
