EASY CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) can cut up tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire

For quicker preparation may use can of stewed tomatoes instead of chopped onions, peppers and plain tomatoes.

In Dutch oven cook beef, onion, green pepper and garlic until meat is browned. Drain off fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, undrained beans, tomato sauce, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings. Garnish servings with sour cream and shredded cheese.
