PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 lg. can of crushed pineapple, juice and all
2 sm. boxes lemon Jello
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Put pineapples in pan add Jello. Heat and stir until bubbly and dissolved. Then add 2 cups buttermilk (lowfat), 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip. Stir until well mixed. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and chill.
