PINA COLADA CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix (Pillsbury Plus) 1 sm. can sweetened condensed milk 1 can cocoa lopez cream of coconut Cool Whip Coconut Can chunk pineapple Bake cake mix as directed. Poke holes in cake with end of wooden spoon handle. Mix together the sweetened condensed milk and cream of coconut, then pour evenly over hot cake. Cool cake completely. Top with Cool Whip then small chunk of pineapple then sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate overnight. |
