FUDGE SAUCE - FROSTING 
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate (cut into thin slivers)
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. rich milk
1/4 c. shortening, butter
1 tsp. vanilla

While stirring, bring all ingredients, except vanilla to a slow boil. Continue boiling for 5 minutes, add vanilla. If used for frosting, beat until the correct consistency to spread on a cake.
