MARINATED CHICKEN BREAST 
2 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 sm. can pineapple
1 pkg. original pkg. Ranch style dressing mix
4 chicken breasts
1/2 c. green pepper
1 pkg. Ranch style milk salad dressing mix
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. butter

Whisk juice in dressing mix together. Marinate in 1/2 juice mixture for about 2 to 4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Combine cornstarch, water and remaining juice in saucepan. Heat to thicken. Cook green pepper in 1/4 teaspoon butter until tender. Combine mixture from saucepan, green pepper and pineapple, pour over chicken breast, bake for about 15 minutes more.
