PERFECT SUNDAY DINNER ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. warm water
4 c. flour

Add sugar to yeast and water. Beat eggs in warm water, add oil and salt. Add to the yeast and sugar mixture. Gradually add flour. This will be a sticky dough. It will rise at least twice its size, so use a large bowl.

Let stand overnight, stir dough down and divide into 4 parts. Roll each part one at a time on floured surface to make a circle. Cut like a pizza and roll each from big end to small end and place on greased pan. Let stand until you get home from church. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
