TENDERCRUST DINNER ROLLS | |
1/4 c. warm water 3/4 c. lukewarm milk 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 pkg. yeast 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 3 1/2-4 c. flour Soak yeast in water for 5 minutes. Combine milk, sugar, and salt. Beat in butter, eggs, 1 cup flour, and yeast mixture. Add remaining flour until dough leaves the side of the bowl. Knead 5 or 10 minutes. |
