POPCORNY SNACK MIX | |
8 c. popped corn (popped without salt or fat) 2 c. low-salt Cheddar cheese goldfish crackers 1 c. plain toasted bread croutons 1 c. tiny unsalted pretzels 2 tbsp. reduced-calorie butter, melted 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. chili powder Combine first four ingredients in a bowl. Combine butter and Worcestershire sauce; drizzle over popcorn mixture. Combine seasonings; sprinkle over popcorn mixture, tossing well. Spread mixture in a 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring once. Turn oven off; let cool in oven. Store in an airtight container. Makes 11 cups. |
