BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1/2 pt. fresh mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts
3 to 4 green onions
1/3 c. Bac-o-bits (or finely chopped fried bacon)
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing or 2 pkgs. Good Seasons dressing mix and oil

Cut up broccoli into bite size pieces (use only the florets); chop onions; thinly slice mushrooms and water chestnuts. Combine and pour Italian dressing over all. Marinate for several hours. Serves 6 to 8.
