BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
1/4 c. soft butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 c. fresh berries

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Cream together butter and 3/4 cup sugar at medium speed with electric mixer. Add egg and beat well. Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to creamed mixture, alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix well after each addition. Fold in berries; pour into greased 9 inch cake pan. Combine remaining ingredients for topping until mixture resembles cornmeal. Sprinkle over first layer. Bake at 300 degrees until done.
