BARLEY HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, chuck
1 lg. onion
2 can mushroom soup
2 cans tomato soup
2 c. diced celery
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 can mushrooms
2/3 c. barley

Brown beef and onion. Add all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
