RICK'S SHISH-KA-BOB 
1 lb. sirloin steak
1 Italian dressing, large bottles
Cherry tomatoes
2 green pepper
2 onions
1 can potatoes

May use pork. Cut steak into 1 inch cubes, marinate in Italian salad dressing overnight. Add tomatoes to above marinade also.

Parboil green pepper (cut into 1 inch cubes) and onions (cut into large pieces). Add peppers, onions and potatoes to marinade and coat. Place on skewers alternating pieces. Grill until done.
