QUICK BEER - WHEAT BREAD 
3 c. Bisquick
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. beer

In bowl combine Bisquick, flour and sugar. Add eggs and beer. Beat with mixer 1 minute. Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan, spreading evenly. Bake 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until done. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack. Good with soups or salads.
