BANANA WHEAT QUICK BREAD 
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt (I omit when using butter)
1 1/2 c. (3 med.) mashed bananas
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. lemon juice, if desired
1 egg
1/4 to 1/2 c. raisins

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line bottom of 9 x 5 or 8 x 4 inch loaf pan with wax paper. In large bowl, blend all ingredients. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack two minutes. Run knife around edge of pan and remove from pan. Peel off wax paper. Cool completely on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf.
