QUICK BEER WHEAT BREAD | |
3 c. packaged biscuit mix 1 c. whole wheat flour 2 tbsp. sugar 2 eggs 1 (12 oz.) can beer (1 1/2 c.) In a mixer bowl combine the biscuit mix, flour and sugar. Add eggs and beer. Beat with electric mixer about 1 minute. Turn into greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3). Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf. |
