FIVE MINUTE CRAZY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Stir together the sugar and cocoa. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir together until blended. Combine oil, vinegar, and vanilla in a separate bowl, then pour into dry ingredients. Add water gradually, stirring until smooth. Batter will be VERY thin. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes for sheet cake, 45 minutes for tube pan.
