POTATO FRICKADILLIE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 lb. sausage
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
5 slices fresh bread, no crust, poured over meat

Mix together and drop by tablespoon into a hot skillet. Brown on both sides. Place meat in casserole dish, add 1 can cream of potato soup and 1 cup water to drippings in skillet. Mix well and pour over meat. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
