CHOCOLATE CHUNK BANANA NUT BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour with sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Stir eggs, bananas, oil, and milk until well blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan; finish cooling on rack.

NOTE: For easier slicing, wrap bread and store overnight.
