PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Green peppers and onions, chopped as desired
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Mix all together. Shape into balls. Brown in skillet. Cover with tomato juice or 1 can tomato soup. Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
