SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes (fresh or canned)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter, melted

Mix and spread into 9 x 13 inch buttered baking dish. Add topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter, softened
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix and spread on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
