About 10 lbs. fresh sweet potatoes
About 2 1/2 lbs. sugar
About 2 lbs. butter
About 2 1/2 dozen eggs
Nutmeg to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Carnation milk to your satisfaction
Vanilla to taste

Mix all ingredients in order. Bake for 1 hour. Makes about 10 to 15 pies.

To add with pecan batter, pour pecan mix in crust and mix potato mix in center, it will spread. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
