CHOCOLATE SUNDAE CRUNCH 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
2 c. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. marshmallows
3 tbsp. milk

Mix flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly. Spread on a pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let cool. Combine pudding and 1 cup milk. Mix well. Gradually add ice cream. Set aside.

Heat chocolate chips, marshmallows, and 3 tablespoons milk over low heat to melt. Stir to blend. Crumble flour mixture. Pour all but 1/2 cup of crumbles in bottom of casserole dish. Cover with pudding mixture. Dribble chocolate over top and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate.
