ENGLISH MUFFIN BREAD 
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. warm water

Mix yeast and honey into water and let sit until foamy. Add flour and salt, kneading a short time until smooth. Let rise in warm place about 1 hour. Punch down, shape into loaf. Oil bread pan and dust with cornmeal. Oil top of bread and dust with cornmeal. Let rise again. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
